Delete your Gujarati Vaishnav account or data
This page explains how users of the Gujarati Vaishnav web portal and Android app (developer: Evergreen Digital Solution) can request deletion of their whole account, or of only some of their data while keeping the account.
A. Delete your whole account — steps
- Send an email to contact@gujarativaishnav.com from your registered email address.
- Subject: Delete my Gujarati Vaishnav account.
- Write your full name, Membership / Log In ID and registered mobile number.
- We may reply to confirm that the request came from the account owner.
- Your account is deleted within 7 working days of confirmation, and we email you when it is done.
B. Delete only some data (keep your account)
- Log in and use Edit Profile to remove or change your profile photo, cover photo and optional profile details at any time.
- Delete your own posts, comments, stories, Marketplace ads, matrimonial profile, job-seeker profile or business listing from the respective page.
- For anything you cannot remove yourself (for example ID proof documents or chat messages), email contact@gujarativaishnav.com with your Membership ID and the data you want deleted. We complete it within 7 working days.
Data that is deleted
- Name, email address, mobile number, address, date of birth and family details
- Profile photo, cover photo and identity / verification documents
- Posts, comments, stories, photos and videos you uploaded
- Chat messages, network connections and notifications
- Matrimonial profile, job-seeker profile, business listings and Marketplace ads
Data that is kept, and for how long
- Payment and invoice records for Boost / paid advertisements — kept for up to 8 years because Indian tax and accounting laws require it. They are not shown on the portal.
- Server backups — deleted data can remain in encrypted backups for up to 30 days, after which it is permanently overwritten.
- Records needed for a legal claim, fraud or abuse investigation are kept only until that matter is closed.

ગુજરાતી વૈષ્ણવ એકાઉન્ટ અથવા ડેટા કાઢી નાખવા
A. આખું એકાઉન્ટ કાઢી નાખવું — પગલાં
- તમારા નોંધાયેલા ઇમેઇલ પરથી contact@gujarativaishnav.com પર ઇમેઇલ મોકલો.
- વિષય: Delete my Gujarati Vaishnav account.
- તમારું પૂરું નામ, મેમ્બરશિપ / Log In ID અને નોંધાયેલો મોબાઇલ નંબર લખો.
- વિનંતી એકાઉન્ટ ધારક તરફથી છે તેની ખાતરી માટે અમે જવાબ આપી શકીએ છીએ.
- ખાતરી પછી 7 કાર્યકારી દિવસમાં એકાઉન્ટ કાઢી નાખવામાં આવશે અને તમને ઇમેઇલથી જાણ કરવામાં આવશે.
B. ફક્ત અમુક ડેટા કાઢવો (એકાઉન્ટ ચાલુ રાખીને)
- લૉગિન કરીને Edit Profile દ્વારા પ્રોફાઇલ ફોટો, કવર ફોટો અને વૈકલ્પિક વિગતો ગમે ત્યારે કાઢી અથવા બદલી શકો છો.
- તમારી પોસ્ટ, કોમેન્ટ, સ્ટોરી, માર્કેટપ્લેસ જાહેરાત, મેટ્રિમોનિયલ, જોબ સીકર પ્રોફાઇલ કે બિઝનેસ યાદી સંબંધિત પેજ પરથી જાતે કાઢી શકો છો.
- જે ડેટા તમે જાતે કાઢી ન શકો (જેમ કે ઓળખપત્ર અથવા ચેટ સંદેશા), તે માટે મેમ્બરશિપ ID સાથે contact@gujarativaishnav.com પર ઇમેઇલ કરો. 7 કાર્યકારી દિવસમાં કાર્યવાહી થશે.
કાઢી નાખવામાં આવતો ડેટા
- નામ, ઇમેઇલ, મોબાઇલ નંબર, સરનામું, જન્મ તારીખ અને પરિવારની વિગતો
- પ્રોફાઇલ ફોટો, કવર ફોટો અને ઓળખ / ચકાસણી દસ્તાવેજો
- તમે અપલોડ કરેલી પોસ્ટ, કોમેન્ટ, સ્ટોરી, ફોટો અને વીડિયો
- ચેટ સંદેશા, નેટવર્ક કનેક્શન અને નોટિફિકેશન
- મેટ્રિમોનિયલ, જોબ સીકર પ્રોફાઇલ, બિઝનેસ યાદી અને માર્કેટપ્લેસ જાહેરાતો
રાખવામાં આવતો ડેટા અને સમયગાળો
- Boost / પેઇડ જાહેરાતના પેમેન્ટ અને ઇનવોઇસ રેકોર્ડ — ભારતીય કર અને હિસાબી કાયદા મુજબ 8 વર્ષ સુધી રાખવામાં આવે છે (પોર્ટલ પર દેખાતા નથી).
- સર્વર બેકઅપ — કાઢેલો ડેટા એન્ક્રિપ્ટેડ બેકઅપમાં 30 દિવસ સુધી રહી શકે છે, પછી કાયમી રીતે દૂર થાય છે.
- કાનૂની દાવા, છેતરપિંડી કે દુરુપયોગની તપાસ માટે જરૂરી રેકોર્ડ ફક્ત તે બાબત પૂરી થાય ત્યાં સુધી રાખવામાં આવે છે.
